- A 25% deposit is required to book all parties, thus securing
the date.
- An additional 50% is due one week prior to event. Balance is
due at end of event.
- Booking confirmation and deposit is requested 3-4 weeks in
advance of the function.
- Staffing fees will be charged as follows: Bartenders,
$15/hour/bartender; Servers, $15/hour/server; Chefs,
$25/hour/chef.
- A guarantee of the exact number of guests and
the entr�e selections for all functions is required 10 days prior to the
function. Otherwise, the highest estimated number will be used as
the guarantee. Final guarantee is not subject to reduction.
- A room fee will be charged. Fees vary depending on the season,
time of the day and day of the week.
- All prices are subject to a 5% meals tax, and a 20% service
charge.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Deposits will be refunded only if bookings are cancelled 7 or
more days prior to function.
- Any and all dietary requirements need to be pre-arranged upon
submission of final guest numbers.
- There is a $1.00 per person plating fee for desserts/wedding
cakes that are supplied by you.
